We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This role serves as a key business partner, supporting leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines while helping drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support compensation, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate training initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and participation across all levels of the organization.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, employee development, retention, and engagement activities.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer preparation, and compensation recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, employee relations matters, and workplace concerns.
- Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company-wide employee communications.
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws, government regulations, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other employee leave processes.
- Maintain and optimize HR systems, employee records, reporting tools, and data integrity while generating workforce metrics and analytics.
- Provide guidance and administrative support related to employment-based immigration, international assignments, and global mobility activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, recruiting, FMLA, compensation and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
