What You Will Do
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the Human Resources Team at our Colorado Springs, CO manufacturing facility. This role will play a pivotal part in overseeing recruitment efforts, fostering positive employee relations, managing leaves and workers' compensation claims, and driving employee engagement initiatives to enhance our workplace environment. Assists the Human Resources Manager administering programs, policies and practices that provide and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
General
Follow Employee guidelines and Quality System Regulations as defined by Biomedical Innovations practices, policies and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that customer requirements and industry standards and or regulations are met.
Demonstrates knowledge and acts in accordance with NMT’s Employee Guidelines and applicable quality standards as outlined in NMT’s Quality Manual.
Abides by all safety and security rules set forth by the company and regulatory agencies.
Regular attendance is required.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
