Meadow Gold Dairy has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will work under the general direction of the human resources (HR) Director to support HR programs and policies. They will administer activities related to, but not limited to, recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance, and possibly safety or other related areas. Complete personnel transactions and maintain associated records. Develop and maintain effective working relationships and provide excellent customer service when addressing employee and leadership team questions and inquiries. Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to HR Director.
