Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Boeing UK & Ireland team to effectively partner and manage the Human Resources of a business unit or function. As part a team you will deploy effective and efficient HR services through common service delivery, supporting managers and employees to optimize business competitiveness and ensure a positive employee experience. Hybrid working is available for this position.

CIPD qualified or working towards qualification is a requirement. Any other equivalent related qualification will also be considered.

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Work Authorisation:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in United Kingdom. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the respective country. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
Travel:
This position may require travel for 25% of the time across many of the Boeing UK Sites.
