The Nexus Water Group team has an opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist Provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers within assigned areas. Assists in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs under the guidance of senior HR staff. Supports recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations activities, helping to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Contributes to employee engagement initiatives and helps maintain accurate HR records. Works collaboratively with the HR team to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services while continuing to develop HR knowledge and skills.
