KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST:
The Human Resources Generalist (HR Generalist) is a key member of the HR department and will play a key role throughout the employee experience lifecycle. This role supports the day-to-day operations of a wide range of HR functions including HRIS & Data Integrity, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding, HR Operational Support, Employee Engagement, and Benefits.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for role is $75,000-85,000. Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, tuition assistance, wellness incentives and programs, transportation subsidy, and professional development opportunities. The role is eligible for a performance based bonus for the 2026 calendar year which is paid out the following March.
