Our award-winning client is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to join their team.As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to designated business units. You will partner with management to address employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and other HR initiatives. Your strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, and ability to build relationships will be essential to driving employee engagement and organizational success.

Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations:Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

• Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues.

• Facilitate performance management processes, including coaching and counseling.

• Talent Acquisition:Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

• Benefits Administration:Provide guidance on benefits enrollment and eligibility.

• Process benefits changes and address employee inquiries.

• Performance Management:Assist in developing performance management plans and conducting performance reviews.

• Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.

• Compliance:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Project Management:

• Participate in HR projects, such as implementing new HR systems or initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
