Job Description

People

  • Assist in recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
  • Conduct new colleague induction and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and HR systems.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and colleague engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training programs, attendance, and learning records.
  • Act as a point of contact for colleagues on HR-related queries.

Guest Experience

  • Support initiatives that motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coordinate colleague recognition, engagement, and welfare activities.
  • Interact with guests when required to support service improvement initiatives.

Financial

  • Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and overtime data.
  • Support payroll inputs, documentation, and coordination with Finance.
  • Help control HR-related costs through efficient administration and processes.
