Job Description

Company Background: Mining and Building Materials

Position : Human Resources Executive

Location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur

Working Day: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary: Up to RM 5000

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage monthly payroll, including data entry and system updates.
  • Handle statutory contributions and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Address employee grievances and manage basic disciplinary matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years HR experience in related industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR system knowledge is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws.
  • Strong communication skills, high integrity, and able to work independently or in a team.
