Job Description
As an active business partner to our General Manager, you will participate in the hotel management executive committee.

Position responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute annual HR objectives and contribute to budget planning for staffing, productivity, benefits, and labor costs.
- Partner with hotel leadership to foster a positive, compliant work environment aligned with company culture and HR practices.
- Lead associate relations efforts, addressing concerns, guiding corrective action, and driving engagement and retention strategies.
- Direct recruitment and hiring strategies for all exempt and non-exempt roles to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee training and development programs, including leadership development and required compliance training.
- Direct performance management processes and maintain accurate HR systems and records in compliance with all regulations.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while managing employee relations matters and investigations.
- Drive HR operations excellence through market analysis, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- 5+ year progressive Human Resources experience, preferable in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits and employment law
- Experience leading associate engagement, recognition, culture and training programs
