North Tampa Behavioral Health Hospital, located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, is a 24/7 behavioral health facility providing a full continuum of care for adults and seniors, including inpatient psychiatric and substance use treatment, as well as Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). The hospital specializes in treating complex mental health and co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders, delivering individualized, holistic treatment plans in a structured, supportive environment.
As a key leader on the executive team, the Human Resources Director will support a fast-paced, mission-driven hospital with over 100 licensed beds and a diverse workforce delivering care across multiple service lines. This role is critical in driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and compassionate care aligned with North Tampa Behavioral Health’s commitment to dignity, respect, and patient-centered outcomes.
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
As a key member of the leadership team, the HR Director will lead the Human Resource initiatives to provide an employee oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and organizational growth.
