Acadia Healthcare is seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Director to lead HR operations at our Coachella Valley facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving a strong culture of engagement, accountability, and excellence across the organization.
As a trusted advisor to facility leadership, the HR Director will partner closely with operational leaders to align human capital strategies with business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience—from talent acquisition and retention to employee relations, compliance, and organizational development—ensuring we continue to provide exceptional care through our most valuable asset: our people.
