We are looking for an organized, analytical, and collaborative HR Coordinator to support key people processes across our site operations. In this role, you will work closely with HR and the business to support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, reporting, and employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What are your contributions to the team?

  • Partner with Human Resources and the business to support workforce planning and help the site meet monthly manpower targets.
  • Coordinate job requisitions and recruitment activity and work with onsite recruitment partners to support union and non-union hiring needs.
  • Prepare and share weekly and ad hoc workforce reports, including headcount, retirement, lead hand, and workforce validation reporting for multiple sites.
  • Support manpower governance discussions by gathering, organizing, and presenting accurate workforce data and practical insights to site leadership.
  • Process HR transactions in SuccessFactors Employee Central and help maintain accurate, reliable data across HR systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and onsite contractors, including documentation, training coordination, badge renewals, and terminations.
  • Provide support for audits, documentation requirements, employee surveys, and routine HR inquiries while helping ensure compliance with internal policies and site requirements.
  • Support recurring HR cycle activities such as employee engagement surveys, reporting cycles, merit processes, and other scheduled people initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

How to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-directed approach to work.
  • Confidence presenting information to site leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

· CHRP designation or progress toward certification.

· Experience working with SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.

· Experience supporting workforce analytics, reporting, or process improvement initiatives.

The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $56,500 to CAD $88,800 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.

In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.​
