We are looking for an organized, analytical, and collaborative HR Coordinator to support key people processes across our site operations. In this role, you will work closely with HR and the business to support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, reporting, and employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications:
· CHRP designation or progress toward certification.
· Experience working with SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.

The base salary for this position is expected to range from CAD $56,500 to CAD $88,800 per year. The applicable base salary will be determined based on various criteria, at Bombardier’s sole discretion, such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.
In some cases, the base salary offered may differ from the expected range of base salary listed above.
