We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our proactive HR team at Hail Creek Open Cut. Reporting to the site Commercial Manager, you will support accurate and timely HR and payroll processes, including employee movements, pay and entitlement queries, payroll auditing and employee data integrity.
You will be a highly organised, self-motivated and accountable HR professional with strong attention to detail, a focus on compliance, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
