As our HR Coordinator, you'll ensure our HR processes run smoothly, support our team members through every stage of their journey and help shape a workplace where colleagues feel inspired to grow.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
Creating programmes to foster a positive work environment for every single employee
Coordinating end to end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
Assisting with payroll and general administrative support
Coordinating training, development and performance review processes
Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures
What We need from you:
Relevant academic qualifications
Previous experience in an HR administration or HR Coordination role
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proactive, solutions-focussed mindset and a high level of confidentiality
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
