26.50 - 28.50 USD Per Hour

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What you bring to SBHG:

Education & Licensure:

• High school graduate or equivalent plus two (2) years of experience working in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid California Driver's License

Experience:

• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
• Experience with HRIS preferred
• Knowledge of the Mental Health field is desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor

Safety & Compliance:

• Ability to travel to and from offices within and outside the local area

How you will make a difference:

Under general supervision of the Regional HR Manager, the HR Coordinator performs a wide variety of human resources tasks and provides general HR services to management and staff. This includes handling the day-to-day functions in human resources including acting as a liaison with the HR shared services teams, providing HR policy/procedure interpretation and guidance, compiling sensitive data/statistics and preparing reports, maintaining personnel and other HR department documents and files, and entering and maintaining accurate data in the HRIS. This position may also assist with benefits, workers’ compensation and HR training as needed. The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development of a positive working environment to enhance HR success and reduce legal risks. Handling extensive personal and confidential information is an essential job function of this position. Travel within the region will be required.

Region Program Overview:

• The region supports approximately 340 employees that provide inpatient and outpatient mental/behavioral health services within Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
• This position will be assigned onsite to provide HR support to Inpatient programs within a designated area.
• The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) offer recovery-based treatment options, services and interventions in a home-like setting. Services are provided 24 hours a day and 365 days a year and include assessment, physical and psychological evaluation, mental health and case management services. Helping adults safely and successfully transition back to community living after a period of psychiatric crisis and recovery.
• The Crisis Walk-In Center (CWIC) provides urgent mental health services 24/7 to serve individuals experiencing a crisis in their lives. All age groups – children, adolescents, adults, and older adults – who need immediate access to crisis mental health services.
• The Crisis Mobile Response Team (CMRT) offers rapid mental health assessments and crisis interventions. essential services for individuals needing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization.
