A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supporting the HR team in the day-to-day administration of all Human Resources activities.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR systems.
• Assisting with the preparation of employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR documents.
• Supporting the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, preparing documents, and following up with candidates.
• Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new colleagues, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome.
• Coordinating employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records in line with hotel policies.
• Supporting employee engagement activities, recognition initiatives, and hotel events.
• Assisting with training coordination and maintaining accurate training records.
• Supporting employee communication and ensuring HR information is shared effectively with colleagues.
• Assisting with employee welfare initiatives and responding to colleagues’ HR-related requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensuring HR practices and documentation comply with hotel policies, IHG standards, and applicable Jordanian labor requirements.
• Providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the wider HR team.
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
• Supporting HR reporting, audits, and other projects as required.
