About the role:
The Human Resources Coordinator reports to the Manager, Human Resources, and supports the coordination of day-to-day operations and the delivery of a high-quality HR support service to managers and employees across the organisation.
The role provides professional, accurate and timely advice on end-to-end HR processes and contributes to the effective implementation of HR initiatives and practices.
The position works collaboratively with members of the HR team, Corporate Support teams and program managers, and maintains regular engagement with employees across the organisation to ensure effective workforce outcomes.
