Human Resources Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
• Post jobs, review resumes, and coordinate interviews
• Conduct support staff interviews and reference checks
• Assist with onboarding and employment paperwork
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
• Respond to employee questions and provide HR support
• Assist with performance management documentation and appraisals
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience REQUIRED
• Degree in business and concentrating in human resources, preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
