W Sydney is now casting for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role sits at the heart of our people operations, supporting the day-to-day HR activities while shaping the experience of every Talent who joins our world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and streamline HR filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare polished correspondence, documents, and reports
  • Create and maintain personnel files for new Talent

Talent Attraction & Support

  • Support recruitment activities across all departments
  • Assist with payroll queries and Talent questions
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming space for Talent applications and onboarding

Engagement & Talent Relations

  • Organize and support Talent events, including engagement activities, celebrations, and HR-led initiatives that elevate the Talent experience
  • Respond to Talent and manager enquiries about HR programs, policies, and guidelines
  • Escalate Talent‑relations concerns to HR leadership when needed

Workplace Excellence

  • Protect confidential information and uphold HR data security standards
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate to achieve team goals
  • Support additional HR projects and initiatives as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in hospitality/hotel industry highly advantageous
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, highenergy environment
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
  • Techsavvy, with confidence using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
  • Full working rights in Australia
