Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and provide administrative and customer service support to employees and managers
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure accurate data management and compliance
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
• Assist in delivering a positive and consistent employee experience

Job Duties

• Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and I-9 completion
• Maintain and organize employee files and documentation
• Perform HR data audits and ensure accuracy within HRIS and timekeeping systems
• Process employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, leaves of absence, and terminations
• Serve as a point of contact for timekeeping and payroll-related inquiries
• Process bonus payments, compensation adjustments, and invoices; coordinate approvals with Accounts Payable
• Prepare reports for HR, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders
• Support compliance programs, including drug and alcohol testing
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with HR projects and other duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–4 years of HR support or administrative experience
• Bilingual preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HR systems and timekeeping platforms
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
