Job Category: Admin - ClericalJob Duties include, but not limited to:
- Complete human resource administrative duties
- Filing management of hourly team member personnel files
- Processing orders for team member items including uniforms, safety shoes, office supplies and other items as needed
- Maintain company organization charts, phone directory and more
- Manage payroll deduction forms for team members each payroll period
- Manage invoices from various vendors
- Updates to Locker Room spreadsheets
- Process windchime and flower orders for team members
- Management of the routine maintenance, problem resolution, annual taxes, purchase of new vehicles and sale of existing company vehicles
- Annual perfect attendance process for Payroll
- All scanning of documents into Paycom Document Cloud and Sharepoint
- Daily call-in log
- Assist with company activities (i.e. appreciation/recognition events, job fairs, company newsletters), as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager/Assistant Manager.

- Proficient computer and system software skills (Paycom and Excel is a plus).

QualificationsOne to two years’ experience in an administrative support role is required.
