Job Location: Poplar Bluff Oak Grove Branch - Poplar Bluff, MO 63901
Position Type: Full TimePRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
Provides clerical support and completes administrative tasks to assist and aid in keeping the Human Resources team and department running effectively and smoothly.

- Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Assists the internal human resources team with a variety of administrative tasks;
- Orders business cards;
- Processes drug screen, apparel store vouchers, and business card invoices;
- Processes  apparel store voucher requests;
- Processes employment verifications on past and current team members;
- Scans personnel file documentation;
- Assists with incoming calls to the Human Resources Department;
- Processes MVR (Motor Vehicle Requests) for those requesting mileage reimbursement;
- Performs special projects as assigned by Human Resources Officer; and,
- Completes and performs any other duties assigned.

QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Willingness to assist with a variety of administrative tasks;
- Good interpersonal communication and computer skills; and,
- High attention to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent;
