We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide proactive and hands-on HR support across Sweden. The role will support managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and amendments, benefits administration, employee documentation, absence management, payroll input validation, and HR compliance. In this strategic role, you will be the right hand of the local Senior Country Officer, partnering closely to be a culture driver, and lead the Stockholm office into its next growth phase as an integral part of the leadership team.
In addition to operational HR responsibilities, this role will partner closely with managers on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary processes, grievances, absence concerns, probation reviews, and other workplace issues of moderate complexity. The HRBP will ensure that cases are managed consistently, appropriately documented, and in line with local labor laws, internal policies, and company values, escalating more complex matters where needed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, is highly organized, and can balance strategic partnering with operational excellence. The HRBP will work closely with regional and global HR colleagues, payroll, benefits, legal, and business leaders to deliver a high-quality employee experience and support business objectives across the region.
