Job Description

Join us as a Human Resources Business Partner

  • Partnering with the HR leadership team, you’ll agree and deliver a fit for purpose HR service catalogue which reflects the business priorities, providing leaders with expert advice, counsel, diagnostic analysis and decision support
  • You'll be advising business leaders on people strategy, organisation design, engagement and culture, talent and succession, reward and performance management, and capability and workforce planning
  • Take on an influential role as you act as the key interface with the leadership team, deploying HR services and partnering with centres of expertise to support business strategy

What you'll do

We’ll look to you to lead as the HR subject matter expert for the specific businesses, defining and deploying people plans, which deliver on the agreed HR service catalogue. You'll contribute to the HR functional strategy as a member of the leadership team and create the people plan to deliver business strategy.

You’ll also be:

  • Driving the adoption of cultures through targeted talent interventions and reskilling initiatives
  • Identifying areas where to upskill internal talent and where to leverage automation to optimise headcount
  • Partnering with business leaders and global heads to align local capacity with global roadmaps, modelling and scenario planning
  • Leading large-scale reskilling initiatives to prepare the workforce for an AI-native future, ensuring deep functional expertise
  • Using predictive analytics and HR metrics to provide evidence based solutions and insights on hiring, attrition, learning, engagement scores
  • Coaching leaders and senior managers to move beyond delivery into people centric leadership
  • Navigating complex restructuring and digital interventions to improve operational efficiencies and embed accountability

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with broad experience of relationship management in a complex, regulatory and commercial environment, along with exceptional knowledge and application of HR theories, models and practices.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • A deep understanding of financial services, regulatory complexity, and global GCC operating models
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders who demand high-velocity execution and data-backed HR solutions
  • The ability to navigate a matrixed environment servicing multiple global business lines
  • Excellent knowledge of strategic workforce planning to align business goals through scenario planning and talent mix optimisation
  • The ability to use AI and analytics to translate people data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions
