Asan HR Business Partner,you willprovidestrategicbusiness partnering to theUS BBUCVRMleadershipteamtodeliverthe talentand workforce priorities,leadershipand functionalcapabilities,while acceleratingcareerdevelopment,andtheemployee experienceand engagementstrategy

What you'll do

Strategic HR Planning and Execution

  • Deliver the people strategy using commercial insights, financial acumen, and data analytics

  • Collaborate withHRBPs, Talent&DevelopmentandCentersof Excellence (CoEs)to developand execute talent priorities.

  • Create and implement strategies toretaincritical talent andproactivelyaddress attrition risks.

Business Partnering & Influence

  • Partner with business leaders to understandobjectivesandprovidestrategic HR guidance.

  • Act as a trusted advisor tomanagement teamson people and culture

  • Stay informed on HRmarkettrends and contribute innovative ideas to the organization.

  • Lead the performance development cycle, including check-ins, development planning, and rewards.

Talent Acquisition andOnboarding

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and consult oneffectiverecruiting,sourcingand onboarding strategies

  • Partner with theReward team to ensure competitive compensation,benefitsand total rewards

Organizational Development and Change

  • Drive organizational and cultural changes to support company growth.

  • Partner with the business to shape go to market models,brilliant launches, and realignment projects.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Leverage HR dashboards&people analytics,to shape workforce strategy, enhance employee experience and drive organizational performance

PerformanceDevelopment

  • Support employee learning and development and promote a culture of continuous learning

  • Advise and coach leaders on performance management best practices to drive high reward/high performance

Inclusionand Diversity

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion to develop a positive work environment.

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of HR Partnering experience

  • Successful coachingand influence withmanagers

  • Cross functional collaboration andenterprise mind-set

  • Ability to coach, challenge andadvisebusiness leaders todrive performance and achieve business goals.

  • Demonstratedexpertisein Talent Management and Succession Planning, PerformanceManagement,and Organizational Change.

  • Demonstratedexperience in managing and supporting business changeoptimizationseffectively.

  • Ability to manage complex HR projects through a complete life cycle, ensuring successful delivery.

  • Proficiencyin interpreting HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy.

  • High emotional intelligence with excellent listening, influencing, communication, and coaching abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Familiarityand literacywithAI and digital tools

  • Demonstrate AZ Values in behaviors and everyday decisions

Desirable for the role

  • Master's degree

  • HR certification

  • Experience in Reward,Employee Relations (ER), Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Commercial/Health Services experience

  • Commercial Financial and/or Scientific acumen

Office Working Requirements
