This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be connected to the day-to-day realities of operating sites. • Provide practical HR guidance and support to leaders and employees across Signature Dining operations.
  • Support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, progressive discipline, workplace complaints, and investigations.
  • Coach supervisors and site leaders on performance appraisals, documentation, employee concerns, and the consistent application of HR practices.
  • Support labour relations activities, including collective agreement administration, union enquiries, grievance intake, labour-management meetings, and collective bargaining preparation.
  • Use data, trends, and insights to provide context and recommendations that support business decisions.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, change management, and operational people needs.
  • Prepare and deliver HR communications for diverse, multi-site employee groups.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, leaves, terminations, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist with workplace investigations, accommodation programs, and HR projects as required.
  • Travel to operating sites across Canada to provide on-site support when needed.
