Our Caldwell, Idaho facility is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with site leaders, advance human resources strategies, and promote alignment of a Principle Based culture. In this role, you will help strengthen organizational performance through talent development, performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching, and the promotion of a safe work environment.

Our U.S. Human Resources team includes multiple HR professionals spanning six states who apply a principle-based approach to a broad range of people and organizational matters.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with manufacturing leaders to advance our culture and attract, motivate, develop, and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Coach leaders within assigned areas to drive results through the disciplined application of Principle Based Management™, our framework for creating value.
  • Develop and communicate informed perspectives on performance management opportunities and risks, partnering with Operations to determine risk-adjusted actions.
  • Partner with Operations and corporate resources to investigate, review, and administer workers’ compensation claims.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leaders in talent acquisition, performance development, career growth, and succession planning.
  • Conduct timely, thorough, and objective employee relations investigations and support appropriate resolution.
  • Help leaders understand and apply our culture and compensation philosophy, including thoughtful pay decisions aligned with total compensation for total contribution.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including feedback summaries, 360-degree feedback, talent reviews, performance counseling, coaching, and corrective action.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals across the organization to share best practices and identify site development opportunities.
  • Develop and facilitate training that strengthens supervisors’ ability to lead proactively, apply sound judgment, and make risk-adjusted decisions.

Who You Are Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, OR at least five years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with site leaders and influence business decisions.
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting workforce data to support business decisions.
  • Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and Human Resources best practices.
  • Experience supporting performance management, employee development, and day-to-day leadership needs.
  • Experience conducting and documenting employee relations investigations.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting workers’ compensation claims administration, including investigations, documentation, coordination with internal and external partners, and return-to-work processes.
