In this role you will work closely with the leadership teams on their strategic people priorities, providing tailored services and solutions in support of their business and talent needs. Become a key member of Solar’s Human Resources team that is passionate about identifying ways to better the experience of employees, leaders, customers, and the performance of the Company.
Serve as the primary Human Resources Business Partner for assigned Solar business unit organization(s), including serving as a consultant to leaders and employees on HR related matters, providing guidance on HR policies and practices, and fostering a culture of employee engagement and development.
This posting represents two open HR Business Partner positions based out of the Kearny Mesa San Diego, CA facility. While responsibilities are similar, each position will partner with a different segment of our business, including but not limited to:
$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
