
Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
We currently have vacancies for two experienced human resource professionals to join our team as Business Partners. Following a recent investment in resources to support the business partner model, we are seeking two full-time employees to support our Clinical Operations division and our Aged Care, Education and Research division. The roles will work closely together with leaders to provide a holistic approach to the employee lifecycle. This will include activities from recruitment, onboarding, enterprise agreement interpretation and implementation, managing conduct and performance, offboarding, and everything in between!
Our business partners will have allocated portfolios but will work together in periods of high activity supported by the Employee Relations Manager.
The fast-paced, changing environment of public health will require you to demonstrate and role model personal resilience and emotional intelligence.
We are seeking someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and best practices, experience in generalist HR functions and have an adaptability to handle diverse situations.
