Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Fort Worth, TX or Sanford, FL (Orlando area) | Hybrid Work Options
We are seeking an operations focused HRBP to support its field and corporate teams. This role serves as a trusted partner to operational leadership, owns employee relations across the organization, manages the HRIS platform (ADP), and leads a team of nine HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with regional operations leaders to align HR support with day to day business needs
Own employee relations across the organization, including guidance, investigations, and resolution of workplace issues
Administer and maintain the ADP HRIS platform, including employee data integrity, reporting, and system workflows
Lead, coach, and develop a team of nine HR professionals
Support performance management, workforce planning, and policy administration in the field
Help maintain compliance with employment regulations across the states our clients operate in
Act as a visible HR presence supporting a safety-first culture
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an HR business partner, ideally within field services, construction, infrastructure, or another operations heavy industry
Prior experience leading or managing an HR team
Strong working knowledge of ADP or a comparable HRIS platform
Demonstrated employee relations expertise, including investigations
Comfortable traveling to regional locations as needed
