We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Corporate HR team based at our Corporate Office in London.

Sitting at the centre of a large, complex healthcare organisation, this team plays a vital role in shaping how we support, develop and engage our corporate colleagues. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll operate at both a strategic and operational level, helping leaders navigate complex people matters while also contributing to wider organisational priorities.

Alongside partnering with senior leaders, you will be comfortable taking a hands-on approach to managing complex employee relations matters, supporting transactional HR activity where required, and using people data and insights to identify trends and inform decision-making. You'll act as a trusted advisor, bringing challenge, support and expertise to stakeholders while helping to embed consistent ways of working and a positive, inclusive culture across the corporate environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the CHRO and HR leadership team to deliver and evolve the corporate people strategy

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing expert advice on complex employee relations and people matters

  • Manage and advise on a range of complex ER cases, ensuring risks are appropriately identified and mitigated

  • Support organisational development, workforce planning and leadership initiatives across corporate functions

  • Lead and contribute to key HR projects aligned to business priorities

  • Analyse HR data, metrics and trends to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Coach and support leaders to proactively manage and develop their teams

  • Support day-to-day and transactional HR activities as required, ensuring a high-quality colleague experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Fully CIPD qualified

  • Proven experience operating in a strategic HR Business Partner role within a corporate or multi-site organisation

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at senior level

  • Significant experience managing complex employee relations cases and providing pragmatic, commercial advice to leaders

  • Comfortable balancing strategic HR partnering with operational and transactional HR activities

  • Experience gathering, interpreting and presenting people data and HR metrics to support decision-making

  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills
