Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Joining the Russell Investments Human Resources team means joining a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-performing team focused on enabling business performance, organizational effectiveness, and a strong associate experience. We are seeking a motivated, intellectually curious, and solutions-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) businesses and serve as an on-the-ground HR presence for the Milwaukee office, while also contributing to broader HRBP team initiatives, special projects, and team coverage.
This role is expected to be approximately 50% focused on HRBP support for the GTM businesses and approximately 50% leveraged across the broader HRBP team. Based in Milwaukee, this person will partner with managers and associates across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, talent processes, onboarding/offboarding, policy interpretation, employee engagement, and practical day-to-day HR guidance.
The ideal candidate is early in their HRBP career, brings 2–4 years of HR experience, and is eager to grow within a global financial services organization. They will bring strong judgment, discretion, a positive and proactive attitude, high follow-through, and a willingness to learn. The right person will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, asking thoughtful questions, solving problems for both the business and HR team, and building the confidence and judgment needed to become a strong HR Business Partner.
