100 - 850000 TG - Human ResourcesThis position is responsible for providing consultation to leaders to ensure alignment of business objectives, culture, and human capital management programs and policies. Responsibilities include launching organizational initiatives and programs; managing change; serving as an internal consultant; partnering with operational departments to build workforce planning, engagement, and inclusion strategies. The HR Representative assesses human capital and employee relations related needs, and communicates proactively with our departments and divisions to develop timely, inclusive, and value-added solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelors in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
2. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
3. Three or more years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
