CPI Security is looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve our team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will take ownership of supporting our human resources functions in areas such as onboarding, engagement, reporting, employee relations and development, and performance management (along with typical HR day to day duties). You will be a trusted advisor and consultant as you work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning HR practices with business needs and serve as a key partner in the growth and success of the organization. This role will report to the Chief People Officer and work closely with other business functions to ensure that HR processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all applicable best practices, laws, and regulations.
