
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives at the intersection of people, compliance, and strategy? Envision Unlimited is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees while helping drive a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
In this role, you will partner with leaders on employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, compliance, and key HR initiatives. You will help shape sound people practices, support organizational goals, and deliver responsive, practical HR guidance across the organization.
What You’ll Do
· Partner with leaders on employee relations matters, performance concerns, corrective action, and workplace investigations
· Provide guidance on employment law, HR policy, compliance, and best practices
· Support strategic and operational HR initiatives in partnership with the CHRO and leadership team
· Assist with benefits, compensation, payroll/timekeeping coordination, and HR documentation
· Identify process improvements and help strengthen HR systems, practices, and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
· 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, investigations, and performance management
· Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
· Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems; Paylocity and/or UKG Ready preferred
· Strong judgment, discretion, communication, and relationship-building skills
· Union and/or nonprofit or human services experience preferred
