The HR Business Partner role provides hands ‑on HR business partnering and operational support for Singapore (adapt MU based on the role), serving as a key advisor to employees and leaders on core people matters. The incumbent also serves as the HRBP to the Country Leader.
In addition to its Singapore HRBP responsibilities, the role offers exposure to selected regional HR initiatives across Asia, contributing to projects, programs, or activities that support HR effectiveness, consistency, and capability building. The nature and scope of regional involvement may evolve over time and may include project based assignments or rotation opportunities, supporting broader HR development.
This role is well suited for a developing HR professional who is focused on building strong HRBP fundamentals, while gaining experience in a regional, matrixed environment and progressively broadening their HR perspective beyond a single country remit.
