We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support multiple, complex business areas in a dynamic and evolving environment. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture – Program & OPEX, you will partner closely with leaders to deliver strategic and operational P&C solutions that enable business outcomes, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience.
This is a true generalist business partner role, combining strategic advisory work with hands‑on delivery across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while contributing to enterprise‑wide people initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Partner with leaders to deliver P&C strategies aligned to business objectives
Provide expert advice across the full spectrum of people management, including workforce planning, performance, engagement, talent and succession
Lead and manage employee relations and industrial relations matters, including investigations, performance management, grievances and disciplinary processes
Oversee HR/IR case management to ensure compliant, fair and timely outcomes
Support remuneration and benefits activities, including annual compensation reviews, reward and recognition programs, and interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
Lead and deliver cyclical P&C programs such as performance, engagement, early careers, diversity, talent and training initiatives
Contribute to P&C projects, reporting and analytics to drive continuous improvement
Support workforce design and mobilisation activities, including input into business development and capture activities
Build strong stakeholder relationships across dispersed and complex client groups
Travel to business sites as required to provide on‑the‑ground support
You are a seasoned People & Culture professional who thrives in complex environments and is confident operating as a trusted advisor to leaders.
You will bring:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
5+ years’ experience delivering P&C / HR advisory support in a commercial or complex organisation
Strong experience in employee relations, industrial relations and ER case management
Proven ability to interpret and apply Awards, Enterprise Agreements, policies and procedures
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability with the ability to provide clear, practical advice
High levels of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
