Our Client, the Conglomerate in the Hospitality, Gaming, Food & Beverage, Digital Services is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Human Resources Business Partnerto serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across our multifaceted operations. The HRBP will play a key role in shaping people strategy, driving high-performance teams, and fostering an agile, inclusive, and innovative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership:Act as a consultative partner to department leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.
  • Talent Strategy & Workforce Development:Lead workforce planning, identify skill gaps, support succession planning, and partner with learning/development teams for leadership and internal mobility programs.
  • Employee Relations & Risk Mitigation:Advise on complex employee relations issues, guide investigations, resolve conflicts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Performance Management & Rewards:Support the design of compensation and benefits strategies. Leverage performance data to align rewards with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:Use people analytics to deliver insights on workforce trends. Drive HR technology optimization and champion new tools for talent management.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Serve as a key HR team member, mentoring others and integrating people strategies into business planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • 7+ years’ progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or Senior Generalist role across multiple industry sectors.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced, multi-unit operations.
  • Deep knowledge of employment compliance and HR operations; Nevada labor laws a plus.
  • Proven ability to coach, influence, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms and workforce data analysis.
  • Must be flexible to support a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, local to Las Vegas or open to relocation, and able to pass background/drug screening.

Location:Full-time, on-site in Las Vegas. Local travel between properties is required.
