The Department of Administration's Division of State Human Resources (DSHR) works with agency customers to provide guidance on HR-related matters, delivering resources that encourage effective workforce planning and organizational development and overseeing the state’s Alternative Dispute Resolution process. The South Carolina Division of State Human Resources is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Consultant to assist in developing and carrying out human resource policies, programs, and procedures at the statewide level. This position will serve as a senior-level advisor to assigned state government agency partners, helping navigate complex workforce issues and align HR strategies to organizational and business goals.
This position is onsite in Columbia, SC.
