The HR IT Project Manager/Liaison is responsible for leading and coordinating projects that support the technological needs of the Division of Human Resources. This role serves to coordinate the Division of Human Resources, the Division of Information and Technology/ERP, and external vendors. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines and deliverables, translating HR’s needs and requirements to IT/ERP staff and vendors, and in turn providing information back to HR from ERP and vendors. This position exercises strong project management skills, a solid understanding of HR systems and needs, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience supporting HRIS or enterprise-wide projects or IT related project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years HCM or ERP experience. One year of enterprise-wide change management experience.
