Commensurate with Experience / Selon l’expérienceThe Human Resources Business Advisor role provides guidance and advice on the administration, interpretation, and application on a wide range of human resources policies, procedures, processes and compliance.
You will work closely with People Managers at all levels of management within the Moncton Flight Information Region (FIR) on HR-related matters in the areas of Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition & Organization Health, Total Rewards, Labour Relations (LR) and Human Resources (HR) Operations.
As a successful candidate, you thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, have a passion for building and refining processes and practices, are strong in influencing and mentoring others and can gain trust and build strong relationships with leaders and employees. You are confident and can have tough conversations when needed. You are efficient in your work with great time management skills. You are tactical, use good judgement and are ok with not having all the answers and coming to solutions together.
