Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. What you will be doing

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will support the day-to-day HR operations by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and engagement initiatives while ensuring a positive employee experience and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers.
• Facilitate onboarding activities and conduct new hire orientation.
• Ensure employee records and 201 files are complete, accurate, and properly maintained in both physical and digital systems.
• Assist in organizing and supporting employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support and perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is an advantage.
• Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role is an advantage.
