REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.

• Strong motivation to learn and develop in the field of Human Resources.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support across all HR processes and day-to-day activities of the Human Resources Department.

• Participate in recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, communicating with candidates, organizing interviews, and coordinating the selection process.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

• Prepare, collect, and archive employee documentation, and ensure that all records remain accurate and up to date.

• Update the People Operations framework, including the Job Catalogue, job descriptions, cost documentation, internal policies, and all other related documents.

• Respond to employees’ day-to-day HR inquiries and direct them to the appropriate contact persons when necessary.

• Assist with the organization of internal events, training sessions, and activities focused on employee experience and engagement.

• Take part in talent development initiatives, performance evaluations, and employee development activities.

• Cooperate with other teams and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

• Carry out other duties assigned by the direct supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the position.
