Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Personnel Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including employee records management and documentation filing
  • Coordinate internal communications and handle routine correspondence
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes

2. Employee Attendance Management

  • Maintain accurate employee attendance records in the HR system
  • Monitor daily attendance, including leave, tardiness, and absence tracking
  • Calculate overtime hours in accordance with company policy and local labor regulations
  • Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing and management review
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements

3. Company Activities & Event Support

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue arrangements, materials preparation, and internal communications
  • Support cross-functional teams in organizing corporate initiatives and programs

4. General Support & Ad Hoc Duties

  • Perform various administrative errands and operational support tasks as required
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and special projects assigned by supervisors
  • Provide backup support to other team members when necessary
