We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join a leading international law firm in Dubai. This position sits within the regional People team and will play a key role in supporting HR operations across the Middle East.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, compliant HR service in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview coordination and candidate management
2. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience
3. Preparing and issuing employment documentation, including contracts, letters, and HR correspondence
4. Coordinating UAE visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and onboarding formalities
5. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring timely updates within HR systems (HRIS)
6. Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures
7. Supporting HR reporting, data analysis, and audit requirements
8. Assisting with performance management cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives
9. Ensuring full compliance with UAE labour law and internal firm policies
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
2. 3–5 years of HR support experience within the UAE
3. Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred
4. Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes, and onboarding procedures
5. Proven experience supporting employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding)
6. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
8. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) is beneficial
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and current package.
