In this role, you would serve as a key point of contact for employee-owners, providing guidance on HR questions and fostering a positive work environment. - - - - Greet and assist internal and external visitors and direct to appropriate member of the HR team

- - - - Maintain daily & monthly ITAR visitor registration logs and use visitor screening software for background checks, etc.

- - - - Maintain room reservation approvals in MS Outlook

- - - - Maintain office supply inventory, order food, vending supplies and baby blankets and prepare purchase requisitions for goods and services

- - - - Prepare and send company-wide communication including new hire and separation emails

- - - - Assist recruiter with tracking and follow-up of the online applicant assessment process, scheduling pre-employment physicals, and other recruitment support activities

- - - - Prepare orientation documents, gifts, and room setup

- - - - Create photo ID badges for new hires, and replacement badges as needed

- - - - Manage required labor law posters at all company locations

QualificationsEducation / Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field a plus
