As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR generalist, HR advisor or in-house talent acquisition professional looking to take the next step into a role where they can operate with genuine autonomy, own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and provide trusted advice to people leaders across the business.
This role is based in our North Sydney office five days per week. As a people-focused function that partners closely with leaders across the business, we value face-to-face interaction, hands-on support and visible presence, which helps us build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes for our employees and leaders.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Advisor plays a key role within our HR team.
This is a hands-on advisory role responsible for proactive talent acquisition and pipeline development, end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and first-line employee relations support across Paywise. You'll act as a trusted point of HR advice to people leaders and employees, exercising independent judgement on routine matters and escalating complex or precedent-setting matters.
