The Human Resources (HR) assistant participates in a range of human resource activities including payroll, recruiting, training, and employee communications. The HR assistant maintains vital employee records and collaborates with leaders to assure effective completion of accident investigations, return-to-work documentation, new hire orientation and legislated employee documentation. Supports other divisional or HR function administrative activities.
