of Position
The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the HR function across the CCI Group of Companies. This entry-level role is responsible for supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of HR services.
This position is ideal for an individual beginning their HR career who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to develop practical experience in a multi-entity environment.
Accountabilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes; advertising across platforms, scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks, preparing offers.
• Support new hire documentation and onboarding.
• Administrate employee benefit and insurance enrollments, changes and updates.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare employee related documents, changes, letters and correspondence.
• Compose monthly reporting and analytics.
• Administer HR projects, tracking all deliverables.
• Liaise with payroll, benefit providers, employees and operation managers.
Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience may be considered as an alternative to education.
• 0–2 years of HR-related experience preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a field-based industry (e.g., oil & gas, construction) considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
• An excellent communicator and team player, able to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment with a positive attitude.
• Detail oriented, meticulous, and have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
